When a business invests in Marketing Services, they would like to see evidence of the activities undertaken and the results of the effort (and their investment) over time.
One way I ensure that my clients are kept informed, is by providing them with regular updates. We have scheduled progress chats and if required I produce a written report. This can be in the shape a summary paragraph, which can be include in an overall strategy update, but mostly this turns into an infographic-style report.
To the left is an example of my latest report, prepared for one of my clients. It shows clearly the deliverables created, and the results of the measurable activities to date.
A visual report like this, is so much easier to digest then just words. By using captivating visuals, graphs and a small amount of text, you can present complex information which can be understood a lot quicker compared to just text. That’s why infographics are such a popular reporting medium.
